DAPS (DoDEA Allowance Processing System)

DoDEA Employees use to submit all overseas allowance requests. Allowance requests include: Temporary Quarters Subsistence Allowance (TQSA), Living Quarters Allowance (LQA), Advance Living Quarters Allowance (LQA), Post Allowance (PA), Post Differential (PD), Advance Pay Request, Foreign Transfer Allowance, and Miscellaneous and Subsistence Requests. Data is cover by Privacy Act of 1974.

Employees applying for allowances, should use the new SF-1190, Foreign Allowance Application and the new allowance worksheets.
