SMS Wednesday's Words to the Wise.

Today we have two things for you to think about.

1. What you will be doing today is trying to get a thousand individual strands pulled together to make a whole. It will seem like there is no way all of it will work and then in the end it "will" work. Keep the faith. What you are doing daily is not dissimilar from what these cowboys do every day.

2. Our Second thought is that as we finish our third and the last day together, we need to remember that all of this is a "work in progress." By the time the kids arrive in August you will have this schedule built. You will also have completed your first year with this new program we call SMS. I won't say any "corners are turned," but I will say that we are learning a lot. Stick with it. What we are doing can't be any harder than what these guys do everyday as they build airplanes in the sky.
